Hall of Fame Member Mike Ferrie who nomintated and introduced his brother, new HoF member Bruce Ferrie.

2019 Hall of Fame Inductee Bruce Ferrie, Sioux Falls
to see acceptance speech Bruce joins his brother Mike, father Roger, and uncle Paul as members of the Hall of Fame. Bruce, Randy, and Mike all grew up in the same neighbor and played on the same youth teams, one of which was Robson Hardware who won a National Tournament. Teams that Bruce played for were: SD fireworks, Robson Hardware, Countyr Kitchen, Mocamba Club, Dunham real estate, Beal Budweiser, Schoenhard Cabinets, Rollin Pin, Drake Orthodontics, Silver Stars. He played 3rd base, pitch, and was a 6'6" catcher. He along with his teams won state in 1973, '74, '75, '84, '85, '86, '87, '91, '93, '98, '99, '00. Congrats!

to see acceptance speech Randy was also on the Robson Hardware National Championship team. Teams he played for in order were: Pioneer Park, SD Fireworks, Gettens Red Owl, Robson Hardware, Country Kitchen, Dunhams Real Estate, Spaghetti Works, Empire Realty, Empire Lettering/Red Dog, Drake Orthodontics, Silver Stars (which he also managed. He state champion years were, 1973, 75, 76, 77, 78, 89, 90, 91, 98, 99, 2000, '03, 07, '10. He played 2nd base his whole career except when he was needed to pitch a very few times. Congrats!

to view acceptance sppech Mike played for various teams including National Champs Robson Hardware. Other team sponsors through the years were Country Kitchen, Dunjam, Canton Concrete, Beal Budweiser, Empire Lettering, Schoenards, Nite City, Rollin Pin, Buffalo Ridge, SF Chiefs, Scarlett O'Hara's. He along wiht teams were state champs in 1972, '73, and '76 as youth teams. But it continued with championship in the Major Division in '84, '85, '86, '87, '94, '95, '99, '00, '01. TYhen we throw in the masters diivison in 2004, '05, '06, '07,'08. That is a lot of hardware. Mike joins his father Ron as Hall of Fame Member. Congrats!

to view John's Acceptance speech John played and pitched for Pierre teams including Downtowne, Kelley's Construction, and Stoeshers. He was teams that one state championships in 1986, Masters Division in 1988 as well as winning the A Men's fastpitch in 1992 and 1997 and the B in 2002. He was named Joe Young Tournament "Legend of the Game in 1989. Congrats!
